"Bridging the lives of Students with Alumni"
Under the guidance of the university's Office of Campus Activities and the Office of Alumni Relations, the Student Alumni Organization (SAO) will follow all guidelines of an official chartered organization. Participation in student organizations is an integral part of the university's commitment to educating the total person.
The SAO will provide opportunities for students to:

Assist in developing projects of interest to young alumni.

Develop opportunities to learn about the alumni culture by attending alumni events on and off campus and playing an integral part in the Alumni Association.

Network with and be mentored by alumni working in the student's area of career study.

Participate in service projects to improve OLLU and to create a positive image of the university and the Alumni Association.
The Student Alumni Organization will build a stronger alumni culture for the university. In keeping with the alumni vision statement, this organization will nurture alumni leaders and representatives who will broaden the OLLU experience beyond graduation. They will develop a commitment to stay connected to and involved with the university throughout their lives.
